Eat! Keep your strength up – eat healthy food and drink lots of water.
Sleep! Get your full night’s sleep, plus some cat naps during the day.
Play! I like to chase imaginary mice, I suggest you walk, bike, craft or play board games.
Dream! Dream of better days ahead. No need to worry. Focus on positive thoughts as this will be over with soon. Ha! Hopefully by Christmas… so I can climb the Christmas Tree.
